Had a fantastic experience with Marco who was a great entertainer teacher and chef. Took all day (11:30-17:00) but really worth it. Great fun and great food

  • My wife and I come to Rome every year and this is one of the best things we have done so far. Marco is great fun, informative and a good chef. Buying fresh from the market, then making food in a small group, followed by eating it is a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Mix in company from all over the world, some improvisation from Chef Marco and beautiful flavours and it’s a must.
    We’ll do this again.

The culinary instructor, Marco, was enthusiastic, generous, patient and colorful! We were taken to a local market that offered the freshest ingredients. He explained why he picked that particular meat, eggs and vegetables. His class was endearingly entertaining! To my astonishment, my husband made a most wonderful dough yet I added way too much flour. Marco never criticized just encouraged. Unfortunately, we had to leave before the meal was finished. There was a metro strike and we had to walk a long way to get to our next destination. An authentic Italian cooking lesson was a dream come true. It was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you, Marco.
