Kitchen of Mamma is a special place where you can meet people come from several places in the world, cook all together and learn Italian cooking secrets!

We have every wednesday and friday the Italian Cooking Lesson, the program is the same:

Market
Rome is famous for its popular open-air markets where it is possibile to find fresh seasonal ingredients and live the real experience. You will visit Nomentano Market with our Chef, walk among the stands, look at the beautiful colors and smell the delicious smell of the ingredients you will use in our class.

Cooking Lesson
Back from the market, we’ll get to work and learn how to made homemade pasta with the help of our Chef !

Lunch
Finally, the food prepared during the class is served for a leisurely lunch, accompanied by a different local wine for each dish.
The price include: the market tour and the cooking lesson.
Tools and ingredients are on us, all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and the desire to challeng yourself!

      you will visit Nomentano Market with our chef, walk among the stands and buy the ingredients you will use in our class.
      Back from the market, we’ll get to work and learn how to made homemade pasta, cooked with tomato sauce.
      Finally, the food prepared during the class is served for a leisurely lunch.
      You can ask for a vegeterian manu in advance.

    Had a fantastic experience with Marco who was a great entertainer teacher and chef. Took all day (11:30-17:00) but really worth it. Great fun and great food

  • My wife and I come to Rome every year and this is one of the best things we have done so far. Marco is great fun, informative and a good chef. Buying fresh from the market, then making food in a small group, followed by eating it is a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Mix in company from all over the world, some improvisation from Chef Marco and beautiful flavours and it’s a must.
    We’ll do this again.
